This seller has gone above and beyond at a very difficult time in our lives. I purchased the memory bunny but then realised delivery was too far away. I messaged the seller and explained the situation. They were amazing and so understanding. The bunny was personalised and in the post the following morning. Bunny then arrived the following day. My daughter was able to connect and cuddle this bunny during a period that was time limited. This seller made this possible and I will forever be grateful for their empathy, compassion and fast action.
